Oedemera podagrariae, a False Blister Beetle, known as Fatlegs or Thick-thighed due to its normally swollen upper legs. Elytra are brown and split like a shrunken waistcoat. Upper leg or femora, thigh is black and lower leg is brown. Thorax is black in male and yellow/tan in female. Males hve swollen femora while females have thin legs. Beetles feed on pollen and are major pollinators as the pollen remains on their elytra as they fly about.
