Description: In planta bioassay for fungicide resistance in Penicillium digitatum. Fruit were dipped for 30 seconds in solutions containing 4000, 6000 and 8000 ppm imazalil, injected with a spore suspension of P. digitatum and incubated at 25oC for 7 days. Results show that the imazalil-resistant isolate will decay and sporulate on treated fruit. October 1990
